590a Chicken Sperm Counter Kit
The 590a Densimeter with the Chicken Sperm Counting calibration is designed to quickly and accurately estimate sperm concentrations by following semen processing protocols developed by
the Arkansas State University.
All calculations for processing semen must be performed manually as the 590a Chicken Sperm Counter displays concentration only and does not do any further calculations. In addition, the
590a Chicken Sperm Counter is factory loaded with a % Transmission mode for research purposes.
The Chicken Sperm Counter kit includes the 590a Densimeter, chicken sperm concentration calibration, and all equipment and
supplies for the first 100 concentration measurements.
