The Digital Thermometer uses type K thermocouples to accurately measure temperatures between -200ºC and 200ºC with a resolution of 0.1ºC. The temperature may be displayed on the screen using the Celsius or Fahrenheit
scales. This dual channel device can measure two temperatures simultaneously or automatically calculate the temperature difference between the two thermocouples.
The Digital Thermometer is typically used to
measure the temperature of the rack when it is submerged in nitrogen vapor during the freezing process. This product includes a single type K thermocouple with a 36" lead and a 9 volt battery. .
