The Erlenmeyer Flask is convenient to use when the total extended volume exceeds the capacity of the graduated cylinder used to measure semen volume. The 250ml Erlenmeyer Flask is ideal when the total volume is less
than 250ml and the 500mL size may be used for larger volumes.
